Hi everyone....
Still don't know what I'm doing but thought I'd have another go....

I bought some of my own fabric and decided to make my own hanging hearts design!

I was really pleased with the finish of these and I feel that it is improving with everyone I make!

The sewing machine picture above is one I recently bought. The first one broke so I took it back and swapped it for another one..... The second one broke to so very put out I took it back again and asked for a full refund. I. Currently using my mums machine which is fab but I'd love my own... 

If anyone can recommend a machine that's reliable, prefect for beginners and reasonably priced please let me know!

Some of my work!

This is my first piece of work it's not the best but i feel I learnt a lot and have progressed 

This is my second piece of embroidery i was very pleased with this! 

For my birthday I recently got many lovely gifts and this was one of them, it came in a set, I sewed it all together. It's has lavender inside and smells Devine

Hi everyone,
My name is Laura and I am a hair dresser from the north west.
From a young age I have always been interested in arts and crafts.
At school I did an art GCSE, in the exam I created four sea life inspired cushions. Since then I have developed in interest in sewing, embroidery, all things hand made and shabby chic
In this blog Iam hoping   for advice tips and feedback from lots of people to help me improve my work!
